- Run the founder's weekly rhythm end-to-end — break board-level strategy into sprint priorities, KPIs, and action items, then make sure product, marketing, and ops actually follow through.
- Built reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker, along with investor-ready board decks from scratch. Cut the leadership team's decision lag by roughly 2 days and caught 3 execution bottlenecks in month one that nobody had noticed.
- Wrote and rolled out 8 SOPs for hiring, vendor onboarding, and delivery QA — brought turnaround time down by 30 percent. Became the go-to person for stakeholder management across 4 department heads and mentoring new team members on operational workflows.
- Took full ownership of the founder's top-priority projects and drove accountability across teams without having formal authority. Helped prep for fundraise: data room setup, MRR and ARR tracking, and investor materials.

- Created go-to-market playbooks for 4 early-stage SaaS and fintech startups — worked hands-on with founders on ICP definition, channel strategy, pricing, and validating product-market fit through 20 real user interviews.
- Ran a full digital overhaul including website redesign, funnel restructuring, and social media strategy for a B2B client. Result: lead-to-demo conversion jumped 45 percent, largely driven by referral loops and product-led growth experiments.
